Tumai Fibre is a UK FTTH advisory specialising in due diligence, network consolidation, and pre-migration readiness for the investors and operators of altnet networks. We bring technical, commercial, and operational lenses to a market where most due-diligence comes from generalist Big-4 teams or pure-advisory boutiques.

About the founder

Fedor Vasilyev

Fedor Vasilyev founded Tumai Fibre Networks Ltd to productise six years of UK FTTH delivery and ISP operations experience into a defined service offering. His background spans programme-side work on Tier-1 UK altnet network migrations, active casework on the Openreach PIA portal, and a contractor / network planning, engineering, and construction (NPEC) delivery background. He combines sector-specialist depth with AI-augmented data-room and document analysis as standard.

Before founding Tumai Fibre, Fedor worked across multiple UK altnet build and migration programmes, with hands-on exposure to the operational realities of fibre delivery: contractor governance, build velocity, customer migration, and PIA operations at scale.
